Avocado Almond Milk Shake (180 cal)

Cold, creamy, yummy. Just half an avocado, 1/4 cup of almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened) and water. Chia seeds to top it off. Sugar if you want it sweeter.

Tuna Salad and Cucumber Crackers (150 cal)

It’s summer, it’s hot and this super light meal is absolutely perfect. Surimi (fake crab), red onion, fresh tomato and celery with some lemon juice. Some avocado on the side. Some light mayo on the tostadas. 😋
